The staff were amazing and friendly, really wanted to help with anything. There is a great pool sauna area. If you can, chose the suite room (very big with a living room, small kitchen (you can't cock), 2 restrooms and a big shower room

As always, it's the best and most reasonable option if you are visiting the science park for work. The outdoor car park is easy to find and easy to park -- if you don't mind walking for less than 1 minute from the hotel entrance. The room is really spacious and well-lit during the day. I especially liked the lamp and tea bags (good choice). Already looking forward to coming back soon.

Good location and spacious room with a welcome drink

The room was fantastic: spacious, good view over Hsinchu, fully equipped and very comfy, especially the bedding.
